Good product, slow shipping

I ordered the High Performance Face Cream Light and the High Performance Eye Cream. The ordering process was straightforward on their website. Shipping took about 8 business days, which felt a bit long for a domestic order. Both products arrived well-packaged. The face cream is very light and absorbs quickly, I've been using it for a couple of weeks and my skin feels smoother. The eye cream is also nice, not greasy at all. I haven't needed to contact support. The quality of the products seems high, but the delivery speed could definitely be improved for the price point. Overall a decent experience.

I returned an eye cream once, it was pretty straightforward. Just make sure to read the full policy, there's usually a timeframe you have to do it within.

They do take returns, but I think the product has to be mostly unused or something. Check their site, but I remember it being reasonable.

That's what they claim, and Dr. Macrene is super particular about ingredients. It's supposed to be really high quality and plant-based.

Mine took like 4-5 business days to get to me in Arizona, so LA should be similar, maybe a bit quicker since it's a big city.

Totally different vibes. Bader feels rich and creamy, Macrene is more about the 'actives' and results. I found Macrene actually delivered more on anti-aging for me.

I've used both. Bader is great for immediate hydration, but I felt Macrene gave me longer-term improvements in skin texture and firmness. Price-wise they're both up there, so it depends on what you're looking for.
